Terms of Service

1. Use of the Service

The Service provides AI-powered tools for converting text content between different formats (e.g. blog posts to social media posts). You may use the Service for lawful personal or commercial purposes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@convert2content.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used fraudulently.

3. Free and Pro Plans

Free plan. Free accounts may perform up to 5 AI conversions per day at no charge. Free limits reset daily at midnight UTC. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Pro plan. Pro subscribers receive unlimited conversions as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free plan.

Refunds. We offer refunds at our discretion. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of your charge and we will review your request.

4. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to the Service and to the AI-generated outputs you receive. By submitting content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the conversion result to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, and that you have the right to use and process it.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes any third-party rights.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits through automation, multiple accounts, or other means.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise attempt to extract data or functionality from the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
• Resell or sublicence access to the Service without our prior written consent.

6. AI-Generated Content

Outputs generated by the Service are produced by AI and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or content that is not suitable for all purposes. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before publishing or distributing them. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any specific purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and all proprietary content created by us, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where Convert2Content is registered.
